INTRODUCING THE

ROTH 401(k)

Currently, highly-compensated individuals cannot contribute to Roth IRAs. Younger workers expecting to be in higher tax brackets when they retire also tend to steer clear of Roth IRAs. To allow those people to take advantage of the tax benefits of the Roth IRA a new Roth 401(k) will be available on January 1, 2006. The Roth 401(k) allows workers to make Roth IRA-type contributions to 401(k) plans, but without the income restrictions and contribution limits that apply to Roth IRAs.

Stay tuned for more details on this new IRA.
