COMPUTER MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE SUPPORT

We are now offering two exciting new services to help our clients handle the increasingly difficult task of maintaining and updating their computer systems.

Our new services include a maintenance contract and upgrade consultation and implementation contract.

MAINTENANCE:

During the period of the contract, Maxwell Shmerler & Co. will provide the following services

  1. Telephone support for all PC and PC-related problems and issues (see limits below).

  2. 1 Free System Review and Clean-up, including system upgrade recommendations (1 per year).

  3. 1 Free Installation of New or Updated Windows Operating System (such as XP or 2000).

  4. Free labor for up to three installations of new, repaired or upgraded computer hardware, such as memory and hard drives.

  5. 40% discount on new network installations

1-Year Contract:    $ 950.00

2-Year Contract:    $1,750.00

           Limitations:
                Total phone time not to exceed 10 hours per contract period (25 hours for two-year   
                 commitment).
               

UPGRADE SUPPORT:

We will provide the following services.

  1. We will provide on-site consultation to analyze current PC system and software and determine upgrade path, if necessary, of software and hardware elements.

  2. We will provide a plan-of-action to update system and solve ongoing problems.

  3. We will implement plan based on final client review and cost and time constraints.

The cost for items 1 and 2 will be fixed at $ 600.00 For maintenance contract customers, there is no charge for these items.

For item 3, the cost will be based on software and hardware purchases and time. The hourly rate will be $100 per hour and asset costs will be based on prevailing pricing.
